"Helping Yorkshire farmers achieve the best quality farmed environment"
Our Farming
and Wildlife advisers, Phil Lyth, Ann Hanson, Claire Foster and Karen Stanley
have a strong track record with over 50 years combined experience advising
farmers and landowners across Yorkshire, giving sound practical advice, helping
with farm paperwork, implementing environmental projects and organising
technical events.
We work directly for farmers and also on a number of projects with partner organisations including Natural England, Environment Agency, Yorkshire Wildlife Trust, Yorkshire Dales Rivers Trust, Yorkshire Dales National Park, Nidderdale AONB and Yorkshire Water. See our Projects page for more details.
Yorkshire Farming and Wildlife Partnership was set up by Phil, Ann, Claire and Karen - four former Yorkshire Farming and Wildlife Advisory Group (FWAG) advisers - following the liquidation of FWAG in late 2011. The Partnership is financed by the independent consultancy work of the advisers.
